Refaunds & Cancelation Policy

At Two Brothers Miami, we understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. However, as an event-based facility with limited capacity, we have established the following cancellation policies to ensure fair access for all families.
1. OPEN PLAY TICKETS
- Non-Refundable: All "Single Open Play" and "Morning Open Play" tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If you cannot make your scheduled time, we are happy to reschedule your visit for a future date, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.
- No-Shows: Tickets that are not used and not rescheduled prior to the appointment time will be forfeited.
2. PARTY PACKAGES & PRIVATE EVENTS
- Cancellation & Rescheduling:14+ Days Notice: If you cancel or request to reschedule more than 14 days before your event, your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the original booking.Less than 14 Days Notice: If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
- Force Majeure: In the event that Two Brothers Miami must close due to severe weather (e.g., Hurricane Warning) or building maintenance, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or a penalty-free rescheduling.
3. CLASSES & CAMPS
- Single Drop-Ins: Single class tickets are non-refundable. If you miss the class, the ticket is forfeited.
- Class Packs: If you have a Class Pack, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance to retain the credit on your account. Late cancellations will deduct one class credit from your pack.
4. MEMBERSHIPS ("THE BROTHERHOOD")
- Cancellation: Memberships may be cancelled at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us.
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. If you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
5. MERCHANDISE & FOOD
- Socks: For hygiene reasons, non-slip socks are final sale once they have been worn or removed from packaging.
- Food/Beverage: All food and beverage sales are final.
6. SERVICE CHARGES
Please note that the 18% Service Charge applied to Party Packages is non-refundable, as it covers administrative and preparatory costs incurred by our team.
