1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the website of Two Brothers Miami ("we," "us," or "our"), purchasing a ticket, booking a party, or entering our facility located at 8300 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. GENERAL RULES OF ENTRY & SAFETY
- Waiver Requirement: A liability waiver must be signed for every child before entering the playground. This must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. No Waiver, No Play.
- Socks Policy: For hygiene and safety, non-slip socks are required for all children. Adults must wear regular socks; shoes are not permitted in the play zones.
- Supervision: We are not a drop-off center (except for specific supervised events). Parents/guardians must remain on the premises and supervise their children at all times during Open Play.
- Health Policy: To protect our community, children with visible signs of illness (fever, flu, vomiting, or excessive coughing) will be asked to reschedule their visit.
- Age Limits: Our equipment is designed for children aged 6 months to 7 years. Older siblings must play gently and be mindful of smaller toddlers.
3. OPEN PLAY & TICKETS
- Validity: "Single Open Play" tickets are valid for a 3-hour session.
- Morning Special: The "Morning Open Play" rate ($15.00) is valid only Tuesday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. If you arrive at 12:00 PM, your session still ends at 1:00 PM.
- Adult Admission: Standard tickets include entry for 1 Child + 1 Adult. Additional adults may be subject to an entry fee.
- Non-Refundable: Open Play tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot make it, we can reschedule your visit if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
4. PARTY PACKAGES & EVENTS
- Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- Service Charge & Tax: A 7% Sales Tax and an 18% Service Charge will be applied to all Party Packages (Mini Magic, Dream Day, Big Bash). This service charge covers the dedicated staff and cleaning; additional gratuity is optional.
- Weekend Surcharge: All party packages booked for Saturday or Sunday are subject to an additional $500 weekend fee.
- Cancellation Policy (Parties):Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Deposit may be transferred to a future date within 6 months.Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited.
- Overtime: Parties are strictly 3 hours. Exceeding the booked time will result in an automatic "Extra Time" fee of $150 per 30 minutes.
- Decorations: No glitter, confetti, or piñatas are allowed as they damage our flooring. Wall decorations must be hung using painter's tape only.
5. "THE BROTHERHOOD" MEMBERSHIP
- Billing: Membership fees ($350, $420, or $500) are charged automatically every 30 days to the credit card on file.
- Usage: Members are entitled to unlimited Open Play booking during operating hours, subject to capacity availability. Booking in advance is highly recommended.
- Caregivers: The membership covers the specific child(ren) and up to the number of caregivers specified in your plan tier.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your online portal or by emailing us. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No partial refunds are given for mid-month cancellations.
6. CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
- Capacity: Classes (e.g., Slime, Painting) have strict capacity limits. We cannot accommodate walk-ins if a class is full.
- Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes. If you purchased a Class Pack, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance to retain your credit.
7. FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Outside Food: No outside food or drinks are allowed during Open Play, with the exception of baby formula/milk.
- Parties: Party hosts are permitted to bring cake or cupcakes. All other catering must be coordinated through Two Brothers or approved vendors.
- Nut-Free Zone: We strive to be a nut-aware facility. Please do not bring products containing peanuts or tree nuts.
8. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Two Brothers Miami is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep shoes in the designated cubbies and valuables with you.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave (without refund) if they engage in bullying, rough play, or abusive behavior towards staff or other guests.
